RxAmerica's Home Delivery services can be accessed by simply logging into our Member Center. From there, you can you can order your prescriptions online, get specific contact information and download order forms to have your prescriptions conveniently delivered directly to your home or office.

Your prescriptions will be filled for the exact quantity prescribed by your physician. With this in mind, ask your physician to write your prescriptions for a 90-day supply with the appropriate number of refills. Discuss with your physician, the possibility of prescribing a generic medication. Utilizing quality generic medications may reduce your health care costs.

To Place an Order:

First Time Customers - You will need to mail in your prescriptions along with a completed Patient Profile form. Home Delivery services can accept faxed prescriptions, but the prescription must be faxed directly by your doctor.

Refill Orders - Generally, your refills can be ordered over the telephone or through RxAmerica's Home Delivery Web site. **Payment by credit card is required for all Internet and telephone orders.

Payments - For your convenience, you may charge your purchase with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card for Internet and phone orders, or you may also elect to send a check or money order with a mailed prescription.

Shipping and Handling - RxAmerica's Home Delivery ships to all 50 states. Shipping charges may apply to customers outside our Home Delivery insurance plans. Special shipping is available at the member's request.

Signature Requirements - Certain prescription drug items require an adult signature upon delivery.
