Answer - Simply login to RxAmerica's Member Services, and click on the Mail Order Services link.

Question - How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer - Please allow 14 days from the time you mail your prescription or refill.

Question - What payment options are available?

Answer - You may elect to have a credit card number on file, or send a check or money order with your prescription or refill order form.

Question - Will the Mail Service call my doctor and get a prescription?

Answer - It is best if you communicate directly with your doctor.

Question - How will the order be shipped?

Answer - Orders are shipped through the U. S. Postal Service unless the customer makes a special request for next day business delivery or next day Saturday delivery.
