 Home > Member Reimbursement    Some prescription plans allow members to submit prescription reimbursement requests directly to RxAmerica. If your plan allows it, and you have prescriptions that you need to be reimbursed for, then you can use the Direct Member Reimbursement Form. Member reimbursements take approximately 4-6 weeks to process. If you have questions, you may call 800-770-8014 to speak with our Customer Service Help Desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
