RxAmerica launches new Web site designed to be more user-friendly

June 22, 2005 - SALT LAKE CITY - RxAmerica, one of the nation's leading pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies, is unveiling a new Web site for its company on Wednesday, June 22. The new Web site was tailored around the company's corporate value of "customer focus," and designed to be easily accessed and navigated. The site can be viewed by going to www.rxamerica.com.

"We are very excited about the design of our new Web site and the value it offers our customers and their members," said RxAmerica president, John Gardynik. "Navigating our site will now be easier and more visually stimulating for anyone who visits."

The creation of a new Web site is also representative of the current growth of the company. During the past five years, RxAmerica has tripled its number of employees and was recently ranked as the sixth largest PBM in the nation by Business Insurance magazine.

A few changes on the Web site that make it easier to use and more customer-focused:

  • Improved site navigation and pop-up/drop-down menus
  • Audience categories are broken up by RxAmerica's corporate colors and sub-brand colors
  • Homepage and sub-pages have images that change every time you visit or refresh the page
  • Member Services will now be known as Member Center
  • The Portal Server will now be known as Plan Sponsor Center
  • Easier access to "My Health Zones" for useful health and wellness information
The introduction of the new Web site is connected with a new corporate branding strategy that began earlier this year. The new branding campaign includes a new logo, marketing materials, member ID cards and other materials.
