RxAmerica’s commitment to service our customers and their members is reflected in our superior account management strategy. To accomplish the goal of unsurpassed service, RxAmerica assigns an Account Team to ensure a smooth initial start up and the ongoing success of the plan. The account team consists of:

Account Manager - The customer’s primary contact is the assigned Account Manager who is responsible for coordinating the management of your account with all other areas within RxAmerica. In addition, your Account Manager will assist you in developing communication materials, including ID cards, provide initial and ongoing training to the Help Desk Customer Service Representatives, and consult with you on plan design opportunities.

Clinical Pharmacist - The clinical pharmacist will be available for consultation, plan reviews, evaluation, program development or other mutually agreed upon responsibilities. The clinical pharmacist will provide a comprehensive plan summary on an annual basis. This valuable resource will also be your local primary contact and will facilitate communications with the Account Manager and other members of the RxAmerica Team.

Benefit Coordinator Team Lead - The Benefit Coordinator Team Lead assists in all system and coding functions required for implementing your unique plan into our processing system. The Team Lead will coordinate with the Account Manager to perform any ongoing maintenance required to maintain or change your benefit plan(s) design.

Eligibility Specialist - An Eligibility Specialist will assist the Account Management team in determining the best way for you to maintain accurate eligibility records. Many options are available including paper notification, electronic files transmission (by FTP, e-mail, disk), or our Remote Access Program (iRAP) where you can view and update eligibility directly into our system.

IT Analyst - An IT analyst will provide consultative services on technical issues, and perform any RxAmerica system enhancements necessary for customization to your plan. The IT analyst will also monitor the claims processing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Network Pharmacy Manager - The Network Pharmacy Manager will provide education, training, servicing and problem resolution for all pharmacies included in your network. Additionally, when a new program is implemented, the pharmacy relations department sends notification to providers announcing your program. This announcement provides details regarding your plan design specifications, and the effective date of the program.

RxAmerica has experienced great success in utilizing our team approach to manage our customers’ accounts. The team concept ensures that your concerns are being responded to by the necessary department in a timely manner.
