RxAmerica provides a variety of communication programs to help your members understand their pharmacy benefits. First, RxAmerica provides communications materials to both plan participants and to provider pharmacies. RxAmerica has developed welcome packets for plan participants which are custom designed for each prescription program, extremely easy to read, and that explain the retail and mail service benefits to the members. Each welcome packet may contain:

• Identification Cards
• Introduction letter describing the benefits of the plan, including plan specific parameters (copays, coverages, exclusions, etc.)
• Mail Service Brochure (includes order form/Confidential Patient Profile and self-addressed envelopes)
• Standard network listing

In addition, RxAmerica can include a one-page announcement letter with the member Welcome Packet at the request of the plan sponsor. We have found, however, most organizations prefer to edit the letter and print it on their own letterhead.

Additionally, RxAmerica has the ability to customize educational and communication materials to meet the groups specific needs.

Finally, RxAmerica can provide a representative to answer questions during open enrollment meetings, provided meetings are concentrated in a specific time period. Welcome brochures and question & answer sheets are also available.
